Borsi, a University Student, dreams of being a Waldorf teacher one day. She is passionate about the wonders of the world, about any form of art, meaningful connections, about nature. How has Waldorf contributed to these passions? Waldorf is about all these! Waldorf's worldview has created a sense of meaning in her life. Through contributing to WaldorfMinds by serving on the Design group and the Social Media Communications Teams, she hopes this app will help her to learn and connect and grow on her journey. While her homebase is in Hungary, she is currently traveling all around the world. She is searching for her place as she contributes her creative energy to the creation of this new community.
We've got the answers for your questions
Seriously, if you have any questions about the project, we have the answers.
WaldorfMinds is open to high school students (from age 14), parents, teachers, and alumni of Waldorf schools worldwide. Each group has its own dedicated spaces and community features designed to fit their needs.
Absolutely. Safety is central to everything we do. All accounts require phone number verification, the platform follows clear community guidelines, and a team of moderators reviews content. Students under 18 have specific protections — including restrictions on private messaging with users from other community groups.
WaldorfMinds is purpose-built for the Waldorf community, not the general public. There are no ads, no algorithmic feeds designed to keep you scrolling, and no pressure to perform. Every feature — from Reflections to Exchanges — is designed to foster genuine connection, creativity, and real-world experiences.
Yes. WaldorfMinds is a community-driven project supported by donations and foundations. Our goal is to keep the platform accessible to everyone in the Waldorf world, regardless of where they are or what resources they have.
Nothing financial — every member of our team works as a volunteer, and every donation goes directly into building, moderating, and sustaining the platform. What we gain is harder to put a price on: the chance to build something meaningful with people who share our values, and to give back to a community that shaped who we are.
