Amelia Ceruti, high school student, is passionate about every kind of art (music, painting, dance,etc.). Her Waldorf school experiences helped her develop this passion through specific lessons and insights gained in and outside of the classroom. She believes that WaldorfMinds can be helpful in the future for so many people. She brings her artistic gifts to the Design Team and her ideas to the Development Teams. She loves how the WaldorfMinds team is made up of people from different countries and who are of different ages, backgrounds, opinions, life experiences and at the same time have a shared understanding of humanity. Currently living in Italy, she sees her future self traveling the world, maybe teaching Italian, her native language abroad. She hopes to see every continent, with Bali, California, Cuba, Japan and Australia high on her list. She knows WaldorfMinds is surely going to help her to find new friends and connections. In her free time she loves taking long walks when the weather is good, meditating, and working on WaldorfMinds.
We've got the answers for your questions
Seriously, if you have any questions about the project, we have the answers.
WaldorfMinds is open to high school students (from age 14), parents, teachers, and alumni of Waldorf schools worldwide. Each group has its own dedicated spaces and community features designed to fit their needs.
Absolutely. Safety is central to everything we do. All accounts require phone number verification, the platform follows clear community guidelines, and a team of moderators reviews content. Students under 18 have specific protections — including restrictions on private messaging with users from other community groups.
WaldorfMinds is purpose-built for the Waldorf community, not the general public. There are no ads, no algorithmic feeds designed to keep you scrolling, and no pressure to perform. Every feature — from Reflections to Exchanges — is designed to foster genuine connection, creativity, and real-world experiences.
Yes. WaldorfMinds is a community-driven project supported by donations and foundations. Our goal is to keep the platform accessible to everyone in the Waldorf world, regardless of where they are or what resources they have.
Nothing financial — every member of our team works as a volunteer, and every donation goes directly into building, moderating, and sustaining the platform. What we gain is harder to put a price on: the chance to build something meaningful with people who share our values, and to give back to a community that shaped who we are.
